- You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt) to qualify for a refund.

To start a return or request a refund:

- Include your order number, item name(s), and reason for return.
- Our team will respond with instructions on how to send the item back for inspection.
3. Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Refund processing may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, ZenStatues will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send a photo of the item showing the issue along with your order number.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs if applicable.
6. Non-Refundable Items

7. Exchanges
